HAIR BOTOX

Hair Botox is a professional hair treatment designed to nourish, recover and moisturize damaged hair that has undergone chemical processes like coloring, highlights and straightening. The innovative formula is rich in collagen, proteins, hyaluronic acid, amino acid, Omega-3 and fatty acids. It provides health, strength, balance and a beautiful shine to the hair.

NANOKERATIN/ TANINOPLASTIA

Nanokeratin/Taninoplastia is a hair straightening and smoothing treatment with organic active ingredients for natural, coloured, bleached hair. (No extreme damage). It will give the hair a smoothing and straightening effect because it acts inside the capillary hair fiber, therefore realigning and reducing the volume and frizz.

NANOPLASTIA

Nanoplastia is a straightening treatment designed to reorganize the hair structure. The products work inside the hair, sealing the cuticles, restoring the natural lipids and leaving the hair hydrated, softer and with intense shine. It controls the pH level, prevents alkalinity in the hair and reduces vitamin and nutrient loss. It also eliminates porosity and dryness particularly in hair with highlights. Ideal for those who want to straighten their hair without causing damage.

RESTORATIVE VEGAN KERATIN HAIR STRAIGHTENING

Restorative Vegan Keratin treatment is primarily intended for hair straightening. NOT A PERMANENT straightening. Innovative formula with NO harsh chemicals or smell!

By repairing the outer layer of the hair fiber, keratin helps to smooth, protect, strengthen and soften your hair.

NOTE: Individual results vary. There is a very small possibility that treatment won't work to full extent on your hair due to individual nutrition intake, hormonal level, previous hair treatments, bleaching/colouring and haircare products that you previously used.

What shampoo and conditioner should you use?

Shampoo: Check the label to be sure that the product is free of sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate and sodium chloride.

Conditioner: Look for products that contain natural seed oils, hydrolyzed proteins and plant extracts in the formula. Wait 14 days after the treatment for colour services and 1 month for lightening services.

At Reflections Salon, we value your time and ours. Due to an increase in no-shows, we now require either a deposit or a credit card on file to book. This policy helps protect our stylists’ time and ensures fairness for all clients—it’s nothing personal, and we truly appreciate your understanding. If you would prefer not to leave a credit card online please give us a call.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change.

To accommodate all of our guests:

Notice for Changes or Cancellations
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations/changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service or loss of deposit. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. Fees do not go towards future services but compensate the stylist for the time and income they have lost.

Deposits for Specialty Services
A non-refundable $150 deposit is required for perms, keratin treatments, botox treatments, and all blonding services. This deposit will be applied toward your total, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

Unconfirmed Appointments
Reflections Salon reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.

SALON POLICIES

Children in the Salon

Children under 10 years old are not permitted in the salon unless they have an appointment and are attended to by an adult at all times.

Pricing

All prices for colour and highlight services are base prices and do not include a haircut or style.
Prices vary by stylist and may increase based on hair length, thickness, or additional products required.
Additional charges apply for toner.
Final pricing will be determined in person during consultation—pricing cannot be confirmed over the phone.
Consultations are required for perms, keratin and botox treatments and colour corrections. Consultations are free of charge.

Service Integrity

To maintain quality standards, we reserve the right to refuse any service that we believe is unachievable or could compromise the integrity of the hair.
Our priority is the health and quality of your hair. If we believe a service may cause damage or will not meet expectations, we may suggest alternative options.
