Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the day that could have been filled by another client . As such, 24 hours is required to cancel an appointment.

48 hours is required for multiple services or services that require a large time slot in our schedule. Up to the full service fee can be charged for no-shows. For some services we require a deposit .The deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of your service. If you cancel or miss your appointment within 48 hours, the fee is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel any non-confirmed appointments at any time. All prices quoted for colour services do not include a haircut or style. Prices listed are base prices and vary by stylist. Additional charges may apply for thick or long hair or where more time is required. Additional charges apply for toner. Price will be established in person during consultation and not over the phone and is dependent on hair length, thickness and amount of product used. To maintain our standards, we reserve the right to refuse any services should we feel the service requested is not achievable or may compromise the integrity of the hair.

Children under the age of 10 years old are not permitted in the salon/spa unless they have an appointment and are attended to, by an adult, at all times.
